For the replacement, please specify the cause and your
intention. Then apply for replacement to the customer center or on the notice
board within 7 days.
You shall bear the delivery fees for replacement or return of
goods by ‘change of mind’, but if there is any problem on the goods, in the
case of replacement or return of goods caused by mistake of SHESPOP, the
delivery fees shall be borne by SHESPOP. Any application for replacement to
another item shall be deemed as change of mind even if there is a problem on
the goods, thus you shall bear the delivery fees for the case. Include a note
in the parcel with your order number, it will help our staff to easily identify
the item.

*Items that cannot be returned: handmade shoes/cloths,
white/ivory colored item, quilted/silk material, leather, sales item, item
purchased by store credit.
Regarding the handmade shoes, exchange or return of goods may not be accepted,
the value of the goods will be significantly decreased thus not available for
re-sale. So your careful purchase is required.
We ask for your understanding if any goods are stretched, contaminated or
saturated with odor, they may not be replaced by other goods even though you
might only tried once. And please send us your item with tag and packaging.
